vintage Chicago Pneumatic Tool Balancer -- data plate reads 'Type 2-07' and 'Serial B11504 // early 1930s patent number -- I clamped it on a post and it pulled at around 20 pounds
with a spring scale -- heavy duty build weighing 32 pounds / measures app. 17 in. tall including the hook and 9 1/2 in. across the spool back -- obviously not up to modern safe standards with the open wire spool but its sure cool looking --
