Used. This winch is in Fair cosmetic condition. There are lots of areas of rust, mostly surface rust but also some thicker rust.  The paint overall is in bad condition. The brake drum is rusty.  The gearbox was empty of oil when we got this unit; we are not sure if it was being used dry or if it was drained for shipping. The wire rope on the spool has visible fraying, and should not be trusted for heavy loads.
Notes:
This winch is in MOSTLY working condition. We don't have 700CFM air power but when connected to our shop air it was able to rotate in both directions, controllable at variable speeds.  As soon as air was connected, we heard leaking from a gasket on the input valve body.  During operation, LOTS of oil was dripping/blowing out of the exhaust filter.  We are not sure if this is normal.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
